Welcome to B.A.M. 24-7 (“BAM 24-7,” “BAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Branding, Advertising and Marketing technology platform operated by Urban Trendsetters Media, LLC.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BAM 24-7 website, software, applications, tools, features, content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using any BAM 24-7 service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use BAM 24-7.
1. WHAT IS BAM 24-7?
BAM 24-7 is an all-in-one Branding, Advertising and Marketing SaaS platform designed to help businesses, entrepreneurs, organizations, creators, agencies, and professionals manage and grow their businesses. Depending on your subscription, BAM 24-7 may provide access to tools including:
Customer relationship management (CRM)
Lead management
Sales pipelines
Email marketing
SMS/text marketing
Social media scheduling
Websites
Funnels
Landing pages
Forms
Surveys
Quizzes
Online stores
Calendars and appointment scheduling
Invoices and estimates
Documents and contracts
Workflows and automation

AI Voice and AI Agents

Review and testimonial collection

The features available to you depend on the subscription package you purchase and any applicable add-ons.
2. BAM 24-7 IS A SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICE
BAM 24-7 is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services during your active subscription.
You do not purchase or acquire ownership of the underlying software, technology, platform, code, systems, or intellectual property.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BAM 24-7.
If you are using BAM 24-7 on behalf of a company, organization, or another entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain BAM 24-7 features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
Restricting unauthorized access to your account
All activity occurring under your account
Notifying BAM 24-7 if you suspect unauthorized use
BAM 24-7 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
5. FREE TRIAL
Try BAM 24-7 for 14 Days.
Eligible new customers may receive a 14-day free trial of BAM 24-7.
The specific features available during the trial may depend on the plan selected.
After the Trial, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the monthly subscription plan selected when you registered. Your payment method will then be charged the applicable monthly subscription fee.
There is no long-term contract.
Important:
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the end of the free trial if you do not wish to continue into a paid subscription.
BAM 24-7 may send reminders or account communications concerning the upcoming conversion to a paid subscription where appropriate, but you should not rely solely on receiving a reminder to cancel.
6. NO CONTRACT — CANCEL ANYTIME
No Contracts. No Long-Term Commitment. Cancel Anytime.
BAM 24-7 is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise stated for a specific service or promotional offer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation generally prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.
Your access to paid features may continue through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
7. SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING
Subscription prices are displayed on the BAM 24-7 website or presented to you during the registration process. You authorize BAM 24-7 and/or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for:
Subscription fees
Applicable taxes
Purchased add-ons
Usage-based services
Other charges you expressly authorize
Subscription charges are generally billed monthly unless a different billing period is clearly identified.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
8. PRICE CHANGES
BAM 24-7 may change subscription pricing, features, packages, or add-on pricing from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material pricing changes before they take effect.
If you do not agree to a pricing change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing becomes effective.
9. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, BAM 24-7 may attempt to process the payment again.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to certain paid Services if an account has an unpaid balance.
You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation or suspension.
10. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your BAM 24-7 subscription using the available cancellation method within your account or by contacting BAM 24-7 support.
Cancellation requests should be made before your next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge.
Cancellation does not:
Automatically refund previous payments
Eliminate outstanding balances
Reverse completed transactions
Cancel third-party charges
Automatically delete information maintained by your own customers or contacts
11. REFUNDS
Unless otherwise stated on a specific offer or order page, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.
The trial periods are provided as an opportunity to evaluate BAM 24-7 before beginning a paid subscription.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact BAM 24-7 promptly so we can review the situation. BAM 24-7 may, at its discretion, provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation when appropriate.
12. ADD-ON SERVICES
BAM 24-7 may offer optional services and add-ons, which may include:
AI Employee
AI Voice
AI Agents
Advertising Manager
Prospecting tools
Listings management
WordPress
Workflow-related upgrades
Branded Client Portal App
Other third-party or premium services
Add-ons may have separate fees, usage limits, terms, or billing arrangements.
Some features may be subject to usage-based charges.
Pricing and availability will be disclosed before purchase when reasonably practicable.
13. AI VOICE AND AI AGENTS
BAM 24-7 may provide AI-powered voice, chat, messaging, sales, support, and automation tools.
AI tools may:
Answer questions
Communicate with leads and customers
Make or receive calls
Send messages
Qualify leads
Schedule appointments
Provide information
Follow workflows
Assist with customer service
Perform other automated tasks
AI Limitations
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.
You are responsible for reviewing and appropriately configuring AI tools before allowing them to communicate with your customers or prospects.
BAM 24-7 does not guarantee that AI-generated content or responses will be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for your particular business.
AI Communications
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing:
Automated calls
Text messages
Consent
Call recording
Disclosure of AI interactions
Do-not-call requirements
Marketing communications
Consumer privacy
You must not use BAM 24-7 AI tools to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
14. SMS, EMAIL AND TELEPHONE COMPLIANCE
BAM 24-7 provides communication tools. You are responsible for how you use them.
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing commercial communications.
This includes applicable requirements concerning:
Consent
Opt-in procedures
Opt-out requests
Do-not-call lists
SMS messaging
Telephone calls
Email marketing
Automated communications
Marketing disclosures
You must not send unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful communications.
You must honor valid opt-out requests.
BAM 24-7 may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse communication features or create legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk.
15. CUSTOMER DATA
If you use BAM 24-7 to store information about your customers, leads, members, employees, or other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of that information complies with applicable laws.
You are responsible for obtaining required permissions and providing appropriate privacy notices.
You should not upload or process information through BAM 24-7 unless you have the appropriate legal authority to do so.
16. YOUR CONTENT
You may upload, create, submit, store, or publish content through BAM 24-7, including:
Logos
Images
Videos
Text
Websites
Marketing materials
Customer information
Testimonials
Forms
Courses
Products
Documents
Advertisements
Social media content
You retain ownership of content that you own and upload to BAM 24-7, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to operate the Services.
You grant BAM 24-7 the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content solely as necessary to provide the Services.
17. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES
You may not use BAM 24-7 to:
Break the law
Commit fraud
Impersonate another person or business
Send spam
Distribute malware
Harass or threaten others
Conduct deceptive marketing
Violate intellectual property rights
Collect information unlawfully
Send unauthorized commercial communications
Engage in illegal activities
Attempt to compromise our systems
Interfere with the operation of the platform
Circumvent security features
Use the Services to harm others
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
18. WEBSITES, FUNNELS AND ONLINE STORES
BAM 24-7 may allow customers to create websites, funnels, landing pages, forms, stores, and other online properties.
You are responsible for:
Your website content
Your products and services
Your prices
Your claims
Your policies
Your privacy disclosures
Your customer communications
Your legal compliance
BAM 24-7 does not guarantee that your website, funnel, advertisement, product, or offer will generate sales or leads.
19. PAYMENTS AND E-COMMERCE
Certain BAM 24-7 features may allow you to accept payments from your customers.
Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment processors.
You are responsible for:
Accurately describing your products and services
Fulfilling customer purchases
Processing refunds appropriately
Handling disputes
Maintaining required policies
Complying with applicable payment and consumer-protection laws
BAM 24-7 does not guarantee that any payment processor will approve your account or transaction.
20. ADVERTISING
BAM 24-7 may provide advertising management and related marketing tools.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your advertising content.
BAM 24-7 does not guarantee:
Ad approval
Specific impressions
Clicks
Leads
Sales
Revenue
Return on advertising spend
Advertising platforms may independently reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate advertisements or accounts.
21. REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS
BAM 24-7 may provide tools for collecting reviews, testimonials, and video testimonials.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions to use customer testimonials and complying with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws. You may not create, purchase, manufacture, or submit fraudulent reviews.
22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
BAM 24-7 may integrate with or rely upon third-party services.
These may include services related to:
Payments
SMS
Telephone
Artificial intelligence
Social media
Hosting
Analytics
Advertising
Domains
Website technology
Other software services
Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, privacy policies, usage limitations, and service interruptions.
BAM 24-7 is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, or availability of third-party providers.
23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BAM 24-7 name, logo, branding, website design, original content, graphics, marketing materials, and other intellectual property created or owned by BAM 24-7 or Urban Trendsetters Media, LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from BAM 24-7 intellectual property without written permission.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
24. BAM 24-7 AND URBAN TRENDSETTERS MEDIA
BAM 24-7 is operated by Urban Trendsetters Media, LLC.
BAM 24-7 may provide opportunities for customers to access or participate in additional Urban Trendsetters Media properties, promotions, media opportunities, business directories, events, advertising programs, or other services.
Participation in such opportunities may be subject to separate terms, pricing, eligibility, availability, and agreements.
A BAM 24-7 subscription does not automatically guarantee media placement, television exposure, radio exposure, magazine coverage, directory placement, advertising, interviews, sponsorships, or other promotional opportunities unless expressly included in your purchased package.
This is important for protecting UTS as the ecosystem grows.
25. TRAINING AND BUSINESS INFORMATION
BAM 24-7 may provide educational materials, templates, workshops, webinars, tutorials, recommendations, and business-growth resources.
These materials are provided for informational and educational purposes.
BAM 24-7 does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue level, number of customers, leads, sales, or return on investment.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your business model, market, pricing, offer, execution, advertising budget, customer demand, and other circumstances outside our control.
26. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Tools Don't Build Businesses. People Do.
BAM 24-7 provides technology designed to help you build, market, automate, and manage your business.
However, we do not guarantee:
Increased revenue
Increased leads
Increased customers
Increased website traffic
Advertising success
Specific ROI
Search-engine rankings
Social-media growth
Successful AI interactions
Business profitability
Your results will depend on how you use the platform and other factors beyond our control.
27. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
We work to keep BAM 24-7 available and functioning reliably.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
Maintenance
Updates
Technical issues
Internet outages
Third-party service interruptions
Security incidents
Events beyond our reasonable control
28. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
BAM 24-7 may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:
These Terms have been violated
The account is being used unlawfully
Fraud or abuse is occurring
The account presents a security risk
The account is being used for spam or prohibited communications
Payment obligations are not satisfied
The account creates significant risk to BAM 24-7, its customers, or third parties
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
29. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAM 24-7 provides its Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Availability
Accuracy
Reliability
Non-infringement
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAM 24-7 and Urban Trendsetters Media, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
This may include losses related to:
Lost revenue
Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Lost data
Business interruption
Advertising performance
Customer disputes
Third-party services
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of BAM 24-7 will be limited to the amount you paid to BAM 24-7 for the Services during the applicable period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

31. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BAM 24-7, Urban Trendsetters Media, LLC, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your content
Your customers or contacts
Your marketing activities
Your advertising
Your use of AI tools
Your violation of applicable law
Your violation of another person's rights
32. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of BAM 24-7 after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
33. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any provisions concerning dispute resolution, jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, or class-action limitations should be finalized with legal counsel based on the structure of Urban Trendsetters Media, LLC and the states in which BAM 24-7 operates.
34. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products or services, constitute the agreement between you and BAM 24-7 concerning your use of the Services.
